My New Healthy Hobby – Running

I took up running about 4 years ago, but have been very sporadic with my training regimen. This year I’m giving it my all. I want to know what it feels like to not give up on running.

On Jan 1, 2017 I joined the Run The Year group, where you run 2017 miles with in the calendar year of 2017. One personal milestone I had was to make 300 miles before my 30th birthday, and I have achieved that goal and I am continuing to move forward. Wish me luck on my new hobby and adventure.
